We seek to understand your needs and prefer to focus on issues that are real or relevant for you rather than case studies. Therefore we work in small groups / teams or individually with you. We can draw on a wide range of models, tools and theories to work on together. These will be selected based on needs.
Until ‘face-to-face’ meetings again become more available, we use highly interactive Zoom meetings, signposting to relevant resources, and various diagnostic tools to assist in reflection and action planning.
The questionnaire here is the initial step in understanding what is important to you and a way of communicating the areas we cover. There are three sections: understanding what we need to do as leaders’; delivering a solution to address the need; and sustaining the change and new ways of working. There are 10 questions in each of the three sections.
